They can

  • give free advice and support about your water company or retailer
  • help you resolve a complaint against your water company or retailer
  • take your call on 0300 034 2222 (England) or 0300 034 3333 (Wales), Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
  • point you to their make a complaint page, which they say to follow when you want to make a complaint

They cannot

  • answer outside Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
