Consumerline (Northern Ireland)

If you live in Northern Ireland, you can use this service to make a complaint against a trader, report a fraud or ask about your consumer rights. An adviser gives you clear and practical advice.

Good to know

If it is suitable, Consumerline passes details of a complaint to the Trading Standards Service for investigation. The Trading Standards Service cannot investigate every case. It is for Northern Ireland consumers only, and it does not take personal callers at its office. The online form is open from Monday 9am to Friday 4pm, except bank and public holidays.

We list this organization because it is a national service for the need on this page. We’re not affiliated with it, and we don’t speak for it. Last checked October 9, 2026: we opened its own site and confirmed this link and number. We don’t call the lines, and hours can change — their site has the latest.
