Coram Kidscape Parent Advice Line (bullying)

If your child is being bullied, or may be bullying others, you can talk to a Parent Support Adviser for friendly, impartial, non-judgemental advice. They give guidance on a school's responsibilities, how to talk to your child's school, and how to support your child, and they point you to other organisations that can help.

Good to know

For parents, carers, family members and professionals in England and Wales. The line is open on Monday and Tuesday only, 9.30am to 2.30pm. If you miss it, leave your name and best number, or email, and they will be in touch. There is also a WhatsApp number on their page. Calls are charged at normal rates. It is confidential unless they think a child, young person or vulnerable adult is at risk of significant harm. The line is for adults: for a child the page points to Childline on 0800 1111 (24 hours).

We list this organization because it is a national service for the need on this page. We’re not affiliated with it, and we don’t speak for it. Last checked October 11, 2026: we opened its own site and confirmed this link and number. We don’t call the lines, and hours can change — their site has the latest.
