Good to know
The call is free from any phone, and you do not need credit on your mobile. If you would like to talk in Welsh, there is a free Welsh Language Line on 0808 164 0123, every day 7pm to 11pm.
Before you call
They can
- answer 116 123 at any time, day or night, free from any phone, including pay-as-you-go mobiles with no credit
- listen without judging or telling you what to do, about whatever you are going through, including the loss of someone
They cannot
- reply to email: the UK email service has closed. Web chat is running at a small scale and is not open to everyone yet
