Housing and Property Chamber (First-tier Tribunal for Scotland)

If you rent privately in Scotland and your landlord has not done repairs you reported, you can apply to this tribunal on form A (Repairs Application). It is free to apply.

Good to know

Staff cannot give legal advice: get that from Shelter Scotland or Citizens Advice. Its page warns of a high volume of applications, so waits may be longer.
