Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland
If your deposit is protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland, you can phone it or send it an enquiry online. Its online form has reasons for raising a dispute, asking for an update on a dispute you have already sent, or requesting a repayment if it holds your deposit (a custodial scheme).
Good to know
Its contact page says it is experiencing high contact volume and asks you to bear with it. You send your evidence through its online evidence portal, which you reach through your online account. The pages we read do not give its time limit for a tenant dispute: ask the scheme for it now.
Before you call

They can
- take an enquiry about raising a dispute, an update on a dispute already sent, or a repayment request (custodial), through its online form

They cannot
- answer the phone outside Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, or on bank holidays
