What volunteers do

• Shape and review the tips, so what we publish is honest and genuinely useful.
• Keep the resource directory accurate — checking numbers and links so no one is sent to a dead end.
• Bring care and lived experience to how we write, including volunteers who answer crisis lines.
• Help spread the word, so the people who need this can find it.
