London Tribunals (Environment and Traffic Adjudicators)
London Tribunals supports the independent tribunals that consider appeals against Penalty Charge Notices issued by the London local authorities and Transport for London. You can appeal or add evidence online through its Appellant Portal, using the verification code the enforcement authority gave you.
Good to know
If you do not have a verification code, send your evidence in writing to Head of Support Services, London Tribunals, PO Box 460, Hartlepool, TS24 4JE. Do not send an appeal or evidence by email, through the contact form, or to the hearing centre address. If you cannot attend a hearing, phone as soon as you can to ask for a reschedule, and do not assume it is granted until you have confirmation. If you miss the 28 days, the adjudicator may still register your appeal if you explain the delay.
